Life with Elizabeth
This domestic comedy was the first starring vehicle for Betty White. Each program consisted of three separate situations in the life of a married couple, with the emphasis placed on gentle comedy. Alvin was the husband, a minor executive; Chloe, their neighbor; Richard, Alvin's not too bright friend; and Mr. Fuddy, Alvin's boss. Stormy was the couple's St. Bernard, and Bandie, their Pekinese.
