Recipe - White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding




2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
5-7 cups 1/2-inch cubes day-old bread
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 ounces white chocolate, chopped


  1. For the Bread Pudding: Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Butter a 10 by 14-inch baking dish with the softened butter.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Whisk in the cream, milk, and cinnamon. Pour over the bread, add chocolate, blueberries, and then mix in the melted butter.
  3. Pour into the prepared dish.
  4. Let set overnight in the refrigerator
  5. Bake until firm when pressed in the center.
