Recipe - Vegetable Chicken Wrap
In large bowl add, chicken, corn, cheese, carrots, tomatoes, black beans, black olives, cilantro and red onion. Mix well then add dressing and stir.
Place 4 heaping tablespoons of chicken and vegetable mixture in each separate leaf. Wrap like you would a burrito, hold together with tooth pick and place on individual serving dish.
Serve with chips and salsa.
