Recipe - Salsa




¼ cup of red pepper
¼ cup of sweet onion
1 ½ chopped mango
1 ½ cup of pineapple, chopped
¼ cup of pineapple juice
Tomatoes, diced
Lemon, diced
Cilantro, chopped


In a large bowl, add red pepper, onion, mango, pineapple, pineapple juice, lemon, and cilantro.
Place in refrigerator for about four hours. Place over chicken or nachos. Serve with strawberries.
