Recipe - Honey Balsamic Garlic Mushrooms




2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 packs of sliced mushrooms
salt & pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup
¼ cup balsamic vinegar



1. Heat extra virgin olive in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add mushrooms to pan and saute for 1 -2 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together minced garlic, honey or maple
    syrup and balsamic vinegar.
4. Pour mixture on mushrooms and continue to saute until tender.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
