Preheat oven to 425°
In large bowl, mix apples and sugar. Add lemon juice and ½ of the melted butter into apple and sugar mixture and gently stir. Add flour and nutmeg and gently mix. Pour all ingredients into 1 of your un-cooked, readymade pie crust shells. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple mixture. For top crust, flip second pie crust shell over apple-pie mixture. Gently wrap excess top crust under bottom crust edge- pressing edges together to seal; flute. Cut slits in several places in top crust. Brush remainder butter over top of crust.
Cook 45-45 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown
