Recipe - Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

1 lb. Brussel sprouts, halved
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespon pure maple syrup or honey
4 fresh garlic cloves or 2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ cup cranberries
½ cup pecans
salt & pepper, to taste
 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Spread mixture in baking dish.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.

5. Serve and enjoy!
