Changing the way you see Inspirational Television

Christmas is just a few days away, and is a wonderful time of year when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Yet it seems the battle to destroy Christmas is growing every year. It is truly a spiritual battle, and the soldiers of Christ must put on the full armor of God and enlist in this fight.

The Scripture is very clear in Ephesians 6:12 when it says, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the devil and his followers."

The KJV version refers to them as "principalities...powers...rulers of the darkness of this world... [and] spiritual wickedness in high places." The NIV calls them "rulers...authorities...powers of this dark world... spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." And the NLT translates it as "evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world...mighty powers in this dark world, and...evil spirits in the heavenly places." But anyway you put it, it is very clear who our adversaries are.

As we are preparing to enter 2013, let each of us make a greater effort to join the battle with the Lord as our "Commander in Chief."

Several months ago, the Lord showed me that 100 people would give a one-time gift of $5000 for our new studio and prayer center in northern Ohio. Many responded immediately. However, the $5000 gift giving stopped short of the 100. I know there are still some of you the Lord spoke to about being one of the 100.

We also fell short of the 1000 people to give $1000 one-time to support the Prayer, Missions, and Helping Hand outreach for 2013. Please consider gifting this one-time gift in support of ministry outreach if you are one of the 1000 that have yet to respond.

Your help with a gift of any size to spread the good news is needed today.

You and I must do everything we can to overcome the works of darkness, and spread the gospel and love of Jesus Christ.

Thank you for caring and sharing in this critical time.

In His Service,

Garth Coonce
